How do I use OrangeCrate?
We accept orders via our online ordering website, our app for iPhone and Android; or you can call toll-free at 844-672-6432. 

Can I get a delivery from more than one place at a time?
Yes, you can; just select each restaurant you wish to order from.

When can I use OrangeCrate?
Hours vary in different locations. Generally, though, we are open 10am to 9pm in California and 11am to 10pm in Tennessee, 7 days a week. 

What can I have delivered with OrangeCrate?
We currently coordinate delivery from most restaurants in the areas we serve, plus groceries and alcohol in California. 

Can I order alcohol? 
Yes, in locations where we offer it. You need to be 21 to order. We check and scan all ID's prior to releasing your order to you.  

How much does it cost?
Delivery fees start at $2.99 and are determined by the distance from pickup to drop off. 

Why do I see an authorization charge on my credit card?
When you request a delivery, we may temporarily authorize your credit card for an estimated order total. Once your delivery is complete, we replace the authorization with the final charge from the merchant. This change is typically reflected within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery, though some cards take 3-7 business days to process the change.

Does OrangeCrate coordinate delivery to commercial addresses?
Absolutely. Delivery is available to your home, office, a  public park or some trailer in the middle of nowhere on a dusty road...

Is a tip required? Who gets the tip?
A tip is not required, however, consider that your driver ran out and picked up what you did not want to leave your home or office for. 100% goes to your driver for their effort on the delivery. If you would like to leave a tip, you are given the opportunity to add 10%, 15%, 20% or a custom dollar amount.

Can I tip my driver with cash?

What if my delivery takes longer than 1 hour?
We don't have a promised delivery time; we are at the mercy of the restaurants and providers. If you have a time in which something MUST be delivered at a specific time, please call us first to coordinate.
